  • We care about your recovery! We will not sit and count reps that you are already doing at home.

    All sessions are completed one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, you won’t get handed off to a technician.

    We respect your time and know you are busy. We see most patients only once per week.

  • We treat all types of pain. Tried everything? That’s our specialty!

  • We are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans, because we care more about you and your function than your insurance benefits.

    We offer a cash-pay model that allows us a FULL HOUR of ONE-ON-ONE treatment time

    Plus we can actually save you money, if you have:

    • a high deductible (you’re paying in cash anyways)

    • a high co-pay, and you are coming in for 2-3 visits a week (you’re already paying out of pocket)


  • YES. Although we are out-of-network with insurance, most insurance companies will reimburse you for your treatment here.

    Let us know, and we will send over all the information you and your insurance provider need to put that money back in your pocket.

  • Get ready to move! You will likely be active and performing exercises during your session, so wear whatever you are comfortable moving in.

    If we are evaluating the low back, hip or knee, please wear or bring shorts.

  • Absolutely! If you have a body, you’re an athlete. Regardless of your discipline, our goal is to improve your performance and get you to your top level.
